We have an outstanding team and you will participate fully in agency business and pursuits.  The Associate Media Director will oversee the media planning for one or more clients, budget management, strategy development, new business support and training media supervisors, planners and assistant planners. 

 

Job Responsibilities:Serve as day to day client contact and agency contact regarding digital strategyManages and directs the requests/projects for the groupOversees the development of objectives and strategies Oversees the development of plans and presentations Supervises the group in interpretation of competitive and other research dataTrains and evaluates supervisors, planners, and assistant plannersInterviews candidates for open positions in the groupMeets with sales representatives

 

Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications 5+ years in media planning experience Knowledge of buying, planning, client presentation and reportingExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressureDemonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilitiesStrong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including math proficiencyAbility to effectively utilize media research and reporting resourcesTechnical proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, Word and PowerPointAbility to work well in teams
