Interactive Engagement Manager

Summary

Manages and directs clients business on behalf of the Agency working in partnership with other capabilities to deliver large scale online experiences.

Reports to Engagement Director or Capability Lead

 

Responsibilities:

· Leads team in delivering and executing interactive initiatives

· Partners with clients to identify opportunities across their business and makes recommendations where appropriate

· Keeps organization apprised of any issues with client e.g. missed deadlines, client strategy issues, etc.

· Provides direction to team throughout project execution

· Strategic account leader who understands the brand and business needs of the client

· Drives innovation and results-driven solution for client

· Advocates for the client’s project with internal staff to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

· Delivers organic growth within accounts. 

· Negotiates financials

 

Qualifications

· 4+ years of solid Account or Engagement Management experience, preferably in agency.

· Experience working with a cross capability team

· Has directed and executed range of interactive initiatives

· Prior experience managing profit and loss preferable

· Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

· Experience working with clients and project team to define project scope

· Strong team collaboration skills

· Great client management skills
