Responsibilities
Work with teams to build Flash websites, microsites, rich internet applications and games
Work with teams to dream up creative concepts and translate them into comps and deliverables
Keep up the high quality standards
Learn from existing team members and grow your professional skills
Follow processes and standards
Actively participate in the conceptualization of prospective projects


Requirements
An impressive online portfolio
2+ years of professional experience using Flash and Photoshop
Minimum two years work experience
Strong conceptual ability and excellent design skills
Excellent understanding and experience with website layout and usability design
The ability to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
The motivation to stay on the forefront of new technologies and a willingness to grow
A passionate curiosity about the Internet, pop culture, video games and technology trends
Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines
You must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
