Interactive Media Director
At Questus, we use a unique and powerful approach to interactive marketing development - we focus on the customer experience when developing our clients' web sites, advertisements and marketing strategies. This approach has produced a distinct competitive advantage for our clients and helped us build one of the most impressive client portfolios in the industry. Due to growth in our client base, Questus is currently seeking new talent to add to the Questus team.
Responsibilities:
• Management and ownership of multiple media campaigns for multiple clients
• Ownership of plan strategy, plan execution, and quality control
• Management of a media team to meet deadlines and deliver targeted, media solutions that meet or exceed projections/expectations
• Ability to integrate interactive recommendations with all traditional media programs
• Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams and clients
• Oversee metrics evaluation and optimization recommendations
• Day to day Media department staff management and training
• Responsible for Media department P/L
• Provide regular team leadership and constructive feedback on all accounts
• Develop, monitor and modify the business unit creative department staffing strategies and plans, including: Team composition, Team performance, skills, training and mentoring
• Develop, implement and monitor quality standards across all creative department artifacts and deliverables
• Continually improve Creative Department methods, problem solving models and best practices
• Proactively manage the success of production scope, schedules and budgets
• Engage & inform practice leads from Media & Marketing, Technology, Research and Analytics, Usability, and Quality Assurance departments to maximize results and ensure client and user satisfaction (doesn’t really apply to us)
• Support and lead human resource initiatives with a focus on performance management & recruitment
• Understand, embrace, and communicate corporate mission and values
Qualifications:
• Eight + years of experience in media planning
• Integrated experience with most media types including solid online
• Proven ability to manage a team
• Experience with challenging clients
• Poised and confident presenter
• Some knowledge of online tools - e.g. Atlas, DART, @Plan, Nielsen Netratings and ComScore Media Metrix
• Strategic understanding of multiple online pricing models (CPM, CPC, etc)
• Experience in SEO and paid search preferred
• Experience in technology marketing strongly preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
