Exsel Advertising has an immediate opening for Interactive Projects Developer with the following background and experience:

We are seeking an individual for a position to develop and maintain Flash and static HTML websites. Position also has responsibility for basic Photoshop work such as page prototyping and design creation from wireframes.
REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of experience designing user interfaces, including prototyping for web pages
Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript and Flash
Experience creating and documenting HTML coding standards/guidelines and design patterns is preferred.
Knowledge of optimizing CSS and HTML codes to support underlying performance thresholds.
Knowledge of cross-browser design/development and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with designing and coding HTML for accessibility.
Familiarity with creating and optimizing graphic elements in Photoshop and basic operation of Dreamweaver.
