Top agency is seeking an expert in Interactive strategy and project management.

 

What you will do:Work with the sales team to complete RFPs, project scoping, scheduling and pricing estimates.Supports VP Sales & VP Operations on critical efforts to ensure that department achieves scorecard targets (i.e., new business, employee retention, client satisfaction, and financial targets).Advises and leads work with client professionals -senior management and executive level to craft solutions to specific project issues and problems.Provides measurement and/or analysis of engagement success. Leverages traditional marketing techniques to develop plans for implementing interactive marketing campaigns. Assists and frequently leads the proposal development for interactive engagements. Consults with clients and account teams to determine client needs and new business growth opportunities. Develops interactive strategies in support of these client needs and to drive client and internal success.Leverages the breadth and depth of current and emerging interactive technologies to determine strategic ideas. Participates at a strategic level on the execution of initiatives to ensure alignment with interactive strategy and business goals. Uses a best practices methodology for developing and deploying interactive strategy. Responsible for ensuring that all needed assets and resources are identified to successfully meet client expectations. Develops and maintains all project deliverables including project charters, budgets, project plans, and change orders, etc. Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and client status meetings and insure project completion according to schedule and within budget.Manage and control project scope and the change control process.Manages the project financials including weekly resource hours and overall project budget. Develops strong relationships with client management team. Provides guidance, leadership and constructive feedback to engagement team members.

 

Requirements:Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.7+ years of work experience in a consulting or agency environment.5+ years of project management experience in a consulting or agency environment. Experience managing web development projects is required.  Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings.  Ability to work on multiple projects at one time. Strong, recent experience managing web projects end-to-end (budgets, scheduling, etc.).

 Ideal candidates will have hands-on integrated marketing experience.
