RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage redesign and maintenance of client's portal website.Create and maintain portal redesign development schedule and budgetManage the flow of assets and information between internal and external team membersObtain legal and brand approval clearances for title releases on portal.Create quality assurance test plans and manage the QA processPrepare presentation material and demosPrepare traffic and usage reports on an as-needed basisSourcing and contracting outside vendorsManage production of title-specific consumer websites on an as-needed basisCoordinate payment of invoices for outside vendorsQUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years user experience design, developing consumer web content/tools/applications.Proven track record of delivering innovative interactive website projects on-time and on-budgetCollege or University degree required.Must have had project management roles with experience shaping the product vision.Excellent written, verbal and listening skills and the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and work stylesExceptional organizational skills (attention to detail while not losing site of the big picture).Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams of web developers, designers, stakeholders, and marketers.Team player, exhibiting common sense, logical and analytical reasoning skills.Must be thorough, methodical and detail oriented.Must be able to work overtime when required.Experience in international territories a plusAdvanced knowledge of user behavior and the competitive landscape for consumer entertainment businesses and websites preferableFormulate and implement new policies and procedures.
