Leapfrog Online is looking for innovative professionals who are passionate about marketing in the online space. What can we offer you?·  A fast-paced, dynamic environment·  A people-first culture·  Competitive compensation and benefits·  A great work environment with consistent management and very little turn-over·  A well-respected, high growth business Who are we? Leapfrog Online is:·  The 6th largest search engine marketing firm and the 11th largest interactive marketing firm in the country as named by Ad Age, 2007·  A leader in online direct response marketing specializing in customer acquisition for Fortune 500 clients·  Uniquely positioned to provide cost-effective, high-volume results for our clients  For the Operations Specialist, we are seeking a candidate with 3 years interactive experience in project management or process management to act as a point of contact between the Leapfrog Online client services team and developers.  This position will be responsible for implementing and supporting online marketing programs by initiating and managing all projects related to online applications, information technology processes, reporting project implementation with third-party vendors and clients, and connecting/integrating new client systems with Leapfrog Online.   Responsibilities include: ·  Ensuring service levels are met or exceeded on all assigned projects by monitoring and managing all program elements·  Writing detailed business requirements for technical solutions·  Documenting and implementing successful operational and technical processes·  Developing and managing project timelines by coordinating with internal and external resources·  Maintaining excellent working relationships with all clients and third-party vendors, while managing time and costs·  Working with internal departments to determine needs for enhancing operational efficiencies·  Developing and providing reports to internal and external teams as requested ·  Managing all tracking of data and reporting  Our ideal candidate has:·  A college degree, preferably in marketing·  Proven project management, analytical and problem solving skills·  Sound knowledge of data extraction methodologies·  Knowledge of basic data warehousing concepts ·  Familiarity with direct marketing strategy, analytics and technology·  An understanding of software and web application development required (preferably open source software development and languages)·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills·  Comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment·  Ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment ·  Ability to manage time well and prioritize multiple initiatives·  Self-motivation; is resourceful, highly organized and attentive to detail·  Online direct marketing experience preferred·  Financial industry experience preferred·  Experience working with Agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum teamwork and User Story development and estimation, a very big plus ·  Computer literacy, including competency in MS Office suite with proficiency in Excel and Access, project management software, HTML and other programs as required. MAIL/FAX/EMAIL -  Resume, that must include salary history to: Human Resources, Leapfrog Online, 807 Greenwood Street, Evanston, 60201, fax 847-556-1468 or e-mail operationsposition@xfer.leapfrogonline.net  Leapfrog Online is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
