Job Description
We need Java Developers to work closely with our product architects to enhance the performance and reliability of our current applications, as well as participate in the development of new industry-leading products.

Java, Servlets, JDBC, Ant, Tangosol Coherence, Mysql, RedHat Linux, Hibernate, Jetty, Apache, Lighttpd, Velocity, AJAX, Ext-JS, and Flex

 

 

 

Qualifications:Skills

We move fast- that means you have to as well! The ability to work independently is a must. Most importantly, you need to be able to conceive of and deliver clean, simple, well modularized code.
The ideal candidate will have:

* Two or more years of real world development in Java.
* Familiarity with web site and web application development in HTML, Javascript, and CSS
* Working knowledge of the Java web technology landscape: Servlets, JMX, JDBC, Ant, Server-side Scripting (Velocity) etc.
* Experience with relational databases, MySQL preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Source Control Systems, CVS preferred.
* Familiarity with dependency injection
* A general understanding of Java Design Patterns including MVC, Factory, Locator, etc.
* A general understanding of factors contributing to Performance focused, Scalable designs
* A general understanding of performance volume testing
