Jr. Account Executive

Fuse Interactive is looking for a talented professional to join our team full-time as a Junior Account Executive in the Portland,Oregon area. 

 

Junior account executives are generally partnered with a more senior team member and act as a co-link between their client and our agency. They may put proposals together and set up meetings to present the brief and estimate costs to the client. They work closely with their teammates and clients throughout campaigns. They independently manage their projects and assist in production tasks as necessary.

 

This individual will support the project management of their clients' campaign, thus ensuring it is produced on time and on budget.

 

The role typically involves handling the accounts of one to two non-competing clients, coordinating the activities of the creative and technical teams to deliver projects.

 

Additionally,this resource will be responsible for administrative and project-based duties primarily related to the data-entry of content to produce marketing deliverables.This position requires great attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.



Objectives and Responsibilities: Serve as point of contract between Fuse and our clients Including client correspondence that may include letter drafting, formatting, and proofreading, extensive phone correspondence and onsite interaction Support and maintain client relationships Assist in the research of project requirements and coordinate with internal departments to produce detailed statements of work Ensure quality of project delivery by providing project management, including managing scope, communicating direction internally, and ensuring adherence to time line Create deliverables using an online tool production environment for creation of client materials Clearly communicate production status and needs to senior account manager Organize and maintain documentation (written and electronic) of all completed jobs May be responsible for maintenance of client required documentation including project calendars, status updates, and others Perform Internet-based research activities, including image retrieval, data entry, time line/calendar management and more Other duties and special projects as assigned Must have the ability to setup a home office to work from with company provided equipment and services (e.g. Internet, phone)

 

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (equivalent work experience will be considered) One to two years of marketing experience, preferably in the interactive industry Excellent communication and writing skills Detailed project management skills Proficiency with MS office applications and web-based tools Ability to work independently and resourcefully in a productive home-office environment
