Jr. Advertising Coordinator

Exacta Media, a full service advertising agency specializing in direct response, is looking for an entry level Jr. Advertising Coordinator.

 

The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated, intelligent, and have a positive outlook on their career goals, along with the ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, problem solve, and consistently meet deadlines.

Day to day objectives include:

 Answering phones Administrative dutiesGenerating client and media reportsMarket researchTrafficking Support for Account Services and Media DepartmentProducing media insertion ordersAssisting with daily tasks as they present themselves

The Requirements:
Minimum of a BA or BS degree Minimum 1 year of applicable experience Capable of meeting deadlines and addressing challenges head-on Track record of problem-solving skills and good time management Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal Strong customer service skills Individual must be organized and self-motivated Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ACT
