JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re a national retail agency based in Dallas who’ into custom-built marketing, and we’re looking to build our growing team with creatives who get it without having to be drawn a picture. (After all, as a Junior Art Director with design and concept skills, pictures will be your job.) So if you’re a rising star who wants to add your influence to this rising star, this could be the gig for you. Ideas, teamwork, and drive get hi-fives; egos, excuses and the expected get the hook. Duties will include: concepting, presenting and executing print ideas to multiple formats; working with creative, production, strategy and account teams; soaking up knowledge and experience under the mentorship of your fellow creatives; and generally being brilliant.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·  At minimum, you’re a fresh-faced college or art/design school grad

·  Possess a book that knocks the very weird socks off of our Creative Director

·  Be the master of your tools [Illustrator, Photoshop, In-design, a sketchbook]

·  Show a love for learning how to truly understand art DIRECTION; manage vendors, estimate + negotiate prices, usage, etc.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in advertising, marketing, graphic design or relevant professional experience. If you studied under the Dali Lama, be sure to mention that too.
