Jr. Business Analyst with some QA testing

This permanent job is in lower/midtown Manhattan.

 Our Client is looking for a really good problem solver, that can dig into the software in a team environment.

This position is for a Junior level business Analyst, however the person must be able to do QA and manual testing.

What you'll do Provide second-line support to internal users; Problem-solve and respond to product questions/issues, and escalate as necessary Test new software and bug fixes Assist in creating and executing test plans for both manual and QA testing Assist in managing and documenting product requirements for the team's use Learn the users’ business needs and apply this knowledge when designing and testing new products/features

Skill requirementsAnalytical thinker with an eye for detail Ability to troubleshoot problems and analyze detailed log files Resourceful and takes initiative Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to change in work assignments Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team player: highly cooperative; able to cultivate relationships within the team and across the company Be flexible and open to change Education or experience in Product Development and Design, Systems Analysis or a related field not required, but a plus.

 Salary is 70k maximum with full benefit package.
