Jr. Distribution Manager
As a Jr. Distribution Manager you will work closely with the managers of network distribution to assist in processing the inflow of applicants. Your focus will be using your skill set to qualify accounts as well as assisting our current publisher base with any questions they might have. Responsibilities:
· Qualify Applications on a daily basis
· Use your skills to determine what the status of each applicant should be.
· Converse with applicants via email and phone and assist them in understanding our processes
· Keep Sales Managers informed of account activities
· Fully understand the client’s business and maintain current in industry knowledge
· Take an active role in building a positive relationship with our clients
· Maintain various email inboxes in an orderly manner and responding to questions efficiently
· Assist publishers and applicants who call in with questions
· Monitor the voice mail
Requirements:Superior organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail Demonstrated strategic thinker with ability to lead projects Solid understanding of the creative process Proficient in MS office Web Savvy, understanding of the Internet Client focused with the ability to up sell sales to existing clientele Strong written and verbal communication capabilities Able to prepare creative briefs and clear, concise business documents Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently with little supervision Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
Knowledge/ Qualifications:Ethical in dealings with customers and has excellent communication skills, with a persistent and positive attitude. Extremely strong written and oral communications skills Strong attention to detail Self motivation and self management are strong attributes you possess PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook and Excel Ability to work under pressure and work additional hours to meet critical deadlines
