General Skills: * Capability to be a strong team player;* Excellent communication skills;* Capability to work with aggressive timelines and targets; * Ability to create state of the art design and high performance, high quality code; * Extensive experience with object-oriented design and programming.Technical Skills: * 1+ Years paid Software Engineering experience developing websites;* In-depth knowledge of HTML and JavaScript; * 1+ years of Web development experience using Microsoft tools and/or Dreamweaver;* 1+ years experience with SQL;Experience with the following is a plus: * ASP.NET * SQL Server 2000* CVS, SubversionEducation: * BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
