Junior Project Manager for Hispanic Marketing Company!

 

Award winning communications company specializing in providing community-based solutions for reaching Latino families throughout the United States is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our busy team. As our Jr. Project Manager, your responsibility will lie in assisting the Sr. Project Manager with the implementation of marketing programs for various clients.  Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

¥ Implement marketing programs for various clients.

¥ Work with clients and Sr. Project Manager to ensure program meets and/or exceeds their needs.

¥ Set up programs for success, ensuring all details are flushed out and implemented according to plan.

¥ Work with agents at the program site to ensure they have the information and training necessary to accomplish the program deliverables.

¥ Help with designing training programs for agents at the program site.

¥ Help with setting timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

¥ Monitor current programs and suggest changes as necessary.

¥ Help determine program staffing needs and help recruit additional staff as necessary

 

Minimum qualifications include: Applicable experience including: event management, project management, public relations, promotional, advertising, or marketing (experiential/holistic preferred). A BA degree in program/project management, marketing, event management or public relations preferred, and demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and internet. Furthermore, this person should be able to travel up to 10% of the time. Bilingual in Spanish required.

 

Our ideal candidate will have the minimum qualifications above, as well as the ability to think on his/her feet, set and stay within budgets, is proficient at problem solving and brainstorming for solutions, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
