We're seeking a Part-time Junior Recruiting Assistant to work with our outstanding team of overachievers for 20-30 hours per week here at the world's largest Talent agency for Marketing and Creative Professionals. You'll also get to interact directly with Marketing and Creative Talent across all industries to gather details about their experience and interests. And you'll get to meet remarkable people who have joined the staffing industry with a desire to help others. Other specific duties entail entering critical Talent data into our extensive database. Gathering input from our Account Managers regarding candidates you personally screen and setting clear expectations - or setting up interviews for quality candidates. You also get to fish for new Contacts for our Sales folks, through a variety of creative resources. You even get to write Thank You cards - seriously, who gets PAID to do that?! And what do you need to land this awesome opportunity? Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills. A proactive, self-motivated approach, shown through your current experience. An interest or experience in Marketing or Creative Services. Ability to juggle multiple activities and prioritize appropriately. Outstanding attention to detail. Strong work ethic, with references who rave about your contribution. Ability to commit to and work a regular schedule each week that totals between 20-30 hours per week, depending on your availability.- And look at all these perks!
