Key Account Manager - Los Angeles

Description: 

As part of the North American Geo, the Key Account Manager is responsible for sales revenue for all Veer products and services in designated key account regions in North America.

You love people and what you do and are a motivating leader with demonstrated sales leadership experience. Understanding the customer and driving sales through your team are essential components to your success.

Responsibilities:Understand Veer’s products and services and leverage these to build new customer relationships and develop valuable revenue opportunities Work under the direction of the Director, North American Key Accounts and partner with a team of Account Executives to ensure client satisfaction and expand assigned accounts into active and strong customers Meet or exceed individual metrics, KPIs, and revenue targets on designated accounts; may also be required to manage non-target assigned accounts from time to time Identify high-potential revenue opportunities through market and customer profiling Deliver client-centered solutions through customer-facing sales presentations, phone calls, teleconference presentations, and client briefings at trade shows, sponsor presentations, and industry events Establish multiple-level contacts within assigned accounts by presenting to, consulting with, and cultivating relationships at all buying levels

Qualifications:Strong team player Self-directed, require little supervision Outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills Demonstrated success in building new-revenue business Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects; must have strong organization skills 6-8 trips per quarter for client meetings Able to effectively respond to RFPs and deliver complex sales and/or creative proposals both in person and in writing High accountability for results 5-7 years’ sales experience with organizations involved in “solution selling,” including at least 2-3 years in a direct client-facing role in a mid-sized entrepreneurial company Industry-related experience (stock photography, graphic arts, Internet technology, publishing, or advertising) Demonstrated ability to make decisions and take responsibility, balanced with input from key stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work in an environment of change Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools
