Creative Channel Services (CCS), an integrated sales, marketing and training services agency focused on helping manufacturers and resellers increase sales performance in retail and commercial markets, is seeking a Field Marketing Representative. This is an ideal position for a highly motivated, sales and relationship driven individual who likes the responsibility and autonomy to manage their assigned territory to success. The right individual will manage a group of relevant retail store fronts in the computer and digital camera space to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

-Ability to motivate sales
-Ability to establish, retain and grow strong relationships
-Ability to drive brand awareness and increase market share
-Travel daily within assigned territory
-Distribute sales, training and marketing literature/collateral
-Conduct training as needed to support sales efforts of retail teams
-Maintain a consistent store visit schedule
-Ensure assigned products are presented in line with defined expectations
-Product is properly positioned, priced, clean, all signage in place and POP is compliant
-Collect and report information on competitive products and service offerings for CCS clients.
-Identify growth opportunities for CCS client's sales & marketing.
-Identify and report on competitive strengths and weaknesses.

Compensation:

 

Salaried position; Field Marketing Representatives are also eligible for monthly auto, expense account, office allowance, medical and dental benefits, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation and sick time.
