Lead Web Developer – ASP, VB.Net, C#, Web Services, XML

 

Duties: ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, implement and support code.
• Document all programs/systems for which developer is responsible, including documentation of maintenance, bug fixes, improvements and user instructions.
• Train and support users of systems for which the developer is responsible.
• Ensure that goals are being met through Information Technology.
• Report project or application status frequently to the IT Team Lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Follow IT policies and procedures for system design, architecture, application quality, and team environment.
• Elaborate efficient and re-usable database and program architectures.
• Perform code reviews and design reviews.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in several of the following technologies or programming languages used: ASP, VB.Net, C#, Web Services, XML, T-SQL, Microsoft Access Database.
Research and problem solve trouble tickets for these Applications.
• Learn all aspects of web and windows applications supported and provide recommendations for improving and streamlining system.
• Experience in Agile Software development preferred.
• Ability to communicate with Lead and internal customers about system design and functionality.
• Update documentation with current processes.
