Web/Graphic Designer

 

 

D’Addario & Company, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of musical instrument accessories located in Farmingdale, Long Island, NY. We are seeking a full time Web/Graphic Designer for our fast paced in-house Creative Department. In addition to having an eye for design, the successful candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of both web site/ print design and production.

 

This position is responsible for creating/producing/designing multiple B2B and B2C websites, designing Flash banners, html emails, and other web assets as well as day-to-day site maintenance. Print design may include ads, logos, collateral, packaging, swag, brochures, and updates to existing materials.

 

To successfully fill this position, the individual must be organized, with good communication skills, motivated, and capable of working efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure and escalating/prioritizing projects as needed.



 

Qualifications:

*BA in Web and/or Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience

*Proficient on a PC

*Extensive knowledge of Flash, HTML, Quark Express, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
