Luxury Attache is a lifestyle management and concierge firm providing luxury services to high-level clientele. Luxury Attache represents the evolution of lifestyle and urban dwelling as we are currently implementing on-site concierge services at high profile residential properties as well as providing virtual concierge services to a host of corporate and other businesses.

Job Description

The concierge will work on-site at one of our client's properties. Each concierge will have to have intimate knowledge of Annapolis, Maryland, as well as global dining and nightlife venues, events and happenings, all while furthering their knowledge of their clients' needs and preferences.




ResponsibilitiesDevelop in-depth relationships with clients to understand every possible need, like, and dislikeFulfill client requests such as vacation destinations and last minute reservations in a timely fashionResearch the most up to date trends and happenings in particular areaCreate sophisticated travel itineraries based on client requests using creative, resourceful methods, meeting budget and style requirementsUpdate and maintain daily activities to be able to report on time spent for weekly and monthly reporting requirementsInitiative in understanding the luxury/high-end marketplace inclusive of restaurants, events, etc specific to region and secondarily, key global cities in order to meet/exceed clients requestsDevelop relationships with clients and vendors that establish trust and long-term ability to influence decision-makingProvide monthly updates and information to residents regarding gallery openings and arts benefits


QualificationsBachelor's degree or the equivalent
4-7 years minimum experience in public relations, sales, hospitality, and event-planning environmentExcellent interpersonal skills at all levelsStrong communication skills verbally and writtenStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and email/voice mail systemsKnowledge of real estate development business a plusMust possess the poise, charisma and presence to be successful in this environment
