We are a premiere, privately owned and operated marketing firm based in Pittsburgh. Our firm has a very high success rate of developing motivated entry level individuals into successful leaders. We are seeking inexperienced professionals that would like to take their drive and apply it towards a lucrative business career. We develop our own managers, (starting in entry level), rather than hiring people strictly based on their degree or experience.

Our field of expertise is acquisition of new business clients and the retention of current business clients for Fortune 100 companies. We are not an employment or temp agency. Our clients need us to communicate with their customers since their telemarketing and direct mail channels are failing. We provide the human interaction our clients so desperately need. We’re currently expanding in 10 markets across the U.S.

Training Provided

Entry level representatives will work in the following areas:
This job involves face to face events for new business prospects.
(NO telemarketing - NO direct mail)
Team Management
Campaign Coordination
Teaching and Development of Subordinates

Entry level reps will earn above average income. Employees with a proven track record will have the opportunity to participate in our Leadership and Management Development Program. No Experience Necessary!
