MCSE 2003 Systems and Network Administrator

Requirements:· MCSE in Windows 2003.· 5 years experience managing appropriate networked systems and applications.· 5 years experience performing diagnostic and analytical services on networked systems.· 5 years direct end-user support of applications and hardware. Essential Skills:· Detailed knowledge and administrating Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, and Citrix MetaFrame XP Server.· Detailed knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems including: Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Pro, and Apple Macintosh OS X.· Thorough implementation knowledge and managing of Microsoft’s Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, IAS, ISS, DHCP, File Services, and Terminal Services.· Experience installing, maintaining, and upgrading Dell PowerEdge Servers, PowerVault Storage Systems and Tape Library hardware.· Experience installing, deploying, and maintaining Veritas BackUp Exec and Storage Central, Symantec Anti-Virus Corporate Edition, GFI FaxMaker and Mail Essentials.· Develop, Implement, Maintain, and Enforce Security Policy and Procedures.· Possess extensive knowledge of various applications including: Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and SQL. Duties & Responsibilities: · Reports to and works under the direction of the Technical Services Manager.· Responsible for all hardware and software maintenance of systems running Windows Server OS, including installation, integration, and migration to new software and hardware.· Responsible for data security, data integrity, and data availability of assigned systems.   There is no relocation ooffered for this position.  Out of state candidates will not be considered.  In addition, my client can not sponsor or transfer Visa's.  Those requiring sponsor ship or Visa transfers will not be considered. Qualified/Interested candidates should send a Microsoft Word copy of their resume to BrettRomanoski@MergisGroup.com .    Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
