ALL CANDIDATES MUST have extensive project/program management experience developing marketing/medical education (CME) programs in any PHARMACEUTICAL advertising, marketing or public relations environment. Should have experience in Medical Education Account Management, CME Guidelines / Criteria etc. One to 2 years experience is ideal. Immediate need. Very causal relaxed work environment. Must be very hands on, yet have the ability to direct the efforts of others. Strong content knowledge and leadership skills essential.
Key strengths and responsibilities include:
- Medical and scientific writing and communication skills; able to communicate marketing strategy in a scientifically credible way
- Able to initiate and maintain excellent working relationships with key opinion leaders, clients and colleagues
- Experienced in development of CME and non-CME medical education program content
- Familiar with ACCME/PhRMA guidelines, and AMA style
- Proficient use of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and internet applications
- Highly detailed orientated and able to multi task
- Can develop in-depth level of understanding for assigned products, related medical areas, and competitive products
- Assure that projects are technically accurate, audience appropriate, and in line with product strategy or message
- Able to clearly communicate medical concepts in a condensed, audience-appropriate way
- Able to participate in new business pitches, and new business development when required

Top Med Ed Agency seeking senior-level project manager. Candidate MUST have Med Ed background in addition experience in managing workflow, workload, and resource allocation on both company-wide and project-level bases.  Responsibilities include supervising Project Manager(s) and/or Associate Project Manager(s) to ensure that all projects are routed, reviewed, completed, and reconciled in accordance to established time and event schedules. Working independantly as well as with the Creative Manager to train others. Facilitate daily department meetings to ensure adequate planning and resource allocation. Audit and monitor job folders to ensure QC and appropriate sign-off.
Experience/Skills/Educational Requirements:
