In this position, you'll coordinate with senior management to provide on-the-job management training to both tenured and new sales managers in our Pittsburgh offices. In addition, you'll conduct classroom training as well as one-on-one skill-building sessions (i.e. role playing) to increase group sales performance.

The individualized training provided by a Management Coach is critical to achieving defined sales and growth goals. As a result, qualified candidates should possess the following traits:Minimum of 7 years experience in a management position with the responsibility of developing employees (required)History of working independently and demonstrated initiative Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task Strong organizational skills High travel requirements with up to 9-12 months of training in Erie, PA
