Job Description
Overview
· The Management Supervisor is responsible for managing all Agency resources to ensure the Client’s Business Center (BC) and Dealer Advertising Association (DAA) marketing needs are met on a day-to-day basis. Position is expected to play a point role in developing the relationships with Business Center and DAA stakeholders and ensuring the BC’s engagement in positive, impactful Multicultural/Hispanic marketing activity. Management Supervisors are also expected to maintain a timely and consistent presence during the BC’s business operation hours. As an employee and representative of GlobalHue, this role supports agency policies, systems and decisions.
Relationships:
· Act as primary liaison with client management, serving as a partner and valuable consultant on the client’s business
· Develop and maintain credibility – from the Multicultural expertise perspective – with key field and dealer stakeholders
· Integrate, to the extent possible, with the broader GlobalHue (GH) field team; maximize communications, market/multi-regional opportunities; develop GH departmental relationships to effectively engage internal resources/communications flow
· Develop effective relationships with key local media outlets/marketing partners
· Build professional, solution-oriented partnerships with general market agencies/affiliates
Skill Sets:
· Ability to manage creative, event, media and other agency deliverables
· Strong communication skills for written and oral communications, and client presentations
· Business management skills for ensuring on time and on-budget deliverables
· Data analysis skills for tracking industry trends, multicultural marketing best practices, and program performance against goals
· Strategic planning skills to be able to help recommend fact-based plans, tactics and overall marketing priorities in conjunction with Account Director
Key Responsibilities:
√ Help Field Director manage/develop integrated marketing plans for brands and program recommendations
√ On-site supervision of creative, event, media and promotional executions
√ Stay well-informed on all of the accounts activities
√ Deliver DAA presentations (marketplace overviews/sales opportunities, proposals, recaps); regularly attend DAA meetings for designated focus markets
√ Develop/Present quarterly sales/brand performance updates and comparison analyses
√ Maintain program budgets, time reporting, and expense/billing responsibilities
√ Develop weekly status reports and relevant contact/conference reports for Client/Partner meetings
√ Develop program recaps including metric results
√ Provide timely and appropriate updates to VP Account Field Director and/or SVP Group Director(s) on key or critical issues impacting the business/Agency
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Proven track record in integrated marketing;
· Outstanding client service & relationship building skills
· Ability to think strategically
· Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Ability to identify and sell great marketing ideas
· Bilingual Communications experience and Hispanic Marketing experience required
· Agency and Automotive Marketing Experience a major plus
