Position Overview:Our Advertiser Services department consults with direct marketing businesses with a single goal – to help them produce profitable results. To be successful, the qualified individual needs to: » Develop and grow a portfolio of advertiser accounts, mastering both the strategy and the tactical components of account management. » Demonstrate critical business marketing analytical skills through a combined understanding of media, creative, response data, and telemarketing as it relates to each client.» Drive conception and implementation of strategic initiatives to grow and improve client business. » Position Marketing Architects as an external department of our customer’s business.» Consult with our advertisers at an executive level on their business models, profit and loss statements and direct response initiatives. » Identify areas of improvement and winning aspects in our clients marketing programs and develop a basic direction that helps our team and clients succeed. » Develop and nurture long term relationships with all key individuals at our advertisers partners. » Hire, lead and mentor new members of the Account Team to understand all aspects of the direct response marketing channel within the vertical industry and client’s businesses.» Manage and mentor a team to grow in their knowledge and career development. » Manage daily client expectations and broadcast schedules to meet the needs of your internal partners.» Work well with details and work at a higher strategic level when required.» Partner with New Business team to assist in business development of new advertisers. Qualifications:» Five plus years of marketing/ analytical experience.» Proven consulting/ account management skills.» Illustrated success in leading a team.» Illustrated success in facilitating internal department projects that resulted in a measurable improvement to productivity, performance or profitability. » Must demonstrate problem solving skills, ability to multi-task, and a passion to sell and manage.
