Manager, Customer Analytics

We are currently searching for a Manager of Customer Analytics our Dallas office.  Position RequirementsSAS ProficiencyRelational Database ExperienceCommand of Basic-Intermediate Statistics
(descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, sampling, inference, cross-tabulation, correlation and basic regression)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPolished presentation skills (ability to be client facing) Proficiency with querying tools (e.g. SAS DATA step, SAS PROC SQL, SQL, Oracle)Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, routines in Data Analysis pack such as regression, t-tests, and z-tests)Command of causal research design and measurement theoryThe ability to work well with multiple levels of client and agency managementAbility to work within a project team environmentAbility to conduct analyses with relative autonomyAbility to think about data strategically and creatively

 Additional Attributes (Preferred, but not Mandatory) Knowledge of Advanced Business Statistics
(predictive/econometric modeling, forecasting/time-series, maximum likelihood estimation: logit, probit, event count models, etc.)Campaign Management Experience

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in finance, direct marketing or planning, as well as experience in data analysis and written and oral presentation of results.

 Position Responsibilities

- Performing analyses of clients’ current direct marketing initiatives to identify key insights and opportunities

- Developing routine reports and  programming ad hoc queries

- Presentation of findings, including recommendations to agency and client organizations

- Assist in the ongoing development of predictive models and post initiative analysis
