Position is key to the aggressive expansion and diversification of North American business.Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:* Drive significant revenue growth by leveraging Paramount intellectual property and content through partnerships with digital partners such as broadband companies, device platforms and online environments like virtual worlds and social networks.* Work closely with internal divisions and external partners to launch profitable digital distribution efforts across a range of business models. * Perform thorough economic and strategic market due diligence to identify new and potential partnership opportunities for North America.* Complete management and industry competitive reporting ; track industry standards / best practices; and identify new business opportunities within digital distribution marketplace.* Expand existing digital library through distribution relationships with third party content ownersQualifications:Basic qualifications:* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans which result in successful and profitable implementation. * Must have strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills to ensure a firm understanding of market trends, sales analysis and new product development as it relates to digital distribution. * Excellent analytical, communications, multi-tasking and organizational skills required. * Ability to thrive in a demanding, constantly changing work environment required. * A leader with the ability to manage through teamwork and collaboration within the department, the studio as well as through interaction with digital business customers and partners.Desired skills:* Minimum of 3 years experience in the Entertainment, Media and/or Technology industry a plus. * Bachelor's degree in a related field (finance, economics. etc) a plus* MS Office proficiency.Eligibility requirements:* Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered * Must be willing to submit to a background investigation* Must be able to show eligibility to work in the United StatesParamount Pictures is an Equal Opportunity EmployerSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: Hollywood, ALJob Number: 5216Company URL: http://www.paramount.com/careers
