Manager, Infrastructure Team

iContact is a quickly growing RTP-based software company, which is seeking a Manager, Infrastructure Team to help guide the features and development of our web-based application. You will work as part of our multi-disciplinary Infrastructure team.  The Systems team is responsible for managing the day to day operations of our infrastructure, and is made up of Database Administrators, Internal Support Specialists, and Systems Engineers.  This role will report to the Manager, Technical Operations.

 

The Job:

l  Expand the existing team two-fold within the next 12-18 months

l  Grow the current team members through training, mentoring, and team building

l  Manage the day-to-day operations as well as project work for a team of Systems Engineers

l  Ensure infrastructure project delivery is better than 95% on time

l  Continue our existing infrastructure and it's growth within budget

l  Coordinate with an Operations Team in new initiatives, issues, and to ensure the health of our application and infrastructure is maintained

l  Keep internal customer satisfaction high via the Help Desk

The other stuff:

l  1-3 years of experience in LAMP architecture

l  3-5 years in employee and team lead/management

l  Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or other related area or equivalent experience

l  Experience in Software as a Service companies preferred

l  Salary commensurate with experience
