Manager, Marketing & Sales Support

The Manager of Marketing and Sales Support (MMS) develops campaigns to effectively promote BrandMuscle. This position requires hands-on participation and oversight of all marketing materials, and communications with all agency partners in all media.

 

Under general supervision, the MMS's responsibilities include:Developing advertising campaigns based on marketing strategy.Overseeing calendar of events and developing creative materials (direct mail, trade show, email, PR, etc.) utilizing internal resources and partners.Providing sales materials and support for sales department.Managing BrandMuscle web presence, from creative concept to optimization.Ensuring accuracy and consistency of  all communications materials. Preparing summaries of marketing activity and budgets for senior management.

REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising related fieldExperience managing multi-faceted marketing programs with short lead timesHands-on manager with exceptional writing, editing and media relations skills Creative thinkerExtremely detailed, organized, and reliable Ability to prioritize and work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervisionUnderstanding of advertising production (print, direct mail, web, etc.)

EXPERIENCE:

 

5-7 years experience within a marketing and advertising department or advertising agency
