Position Summary The Talent Development Manager (Contract Position) (title depends on candidate experience level) is a strategic and tactical partner who supports and develops Organic's management and employees. In this role, your work will directly affect client satisfaction; you will conduct fact finding, explore solutions with management and make recommendations to address issues. In partnership with our Talent Development Manager and local office leadership, you will assess learning and development needs, make recommendations regarding third party solutions, and develop, design and deliver in-house solutions. As part of the overall Talent (HR) department, you may also be involved in initiatives affecting employees, such as performance management and the annual review process. Education/Work Experience •  5+ yrs overall experience preferred including: • Training background – design, delivery •  Management background •  Business background •  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to interface with all levels. •  Significant experience negotiating measurable outcomes among multiple stakeholders. •  Organizational Development experience. •  Business management skills. •  Management and coaching experience. •  Assertive, fast-paced, team player, tech-savvy. •  Prior experience working in a similar industry preferred. •  Able to travel to our offices in Detroit, Toronto, NY.
