Manager of Product Development/Lifecycle Company: Berry Network Inc, a subsidiary of AT&T, is seeking an individual for the position of Manager of Product Development/Lifecycle in their Dayton headquarters. Berry, established in 1910, is the largest independent Yellow Pages publishing agent in the US, specializing in the sales and marketing of Yellow Pages advertising and Internet products nationwide. Requirements:

market research background experience building initial business Title: Manager of Product Development/Lifecycle Department: Plans, coordinates complex product and service activities through the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans and provides product planning information to Planning Committees and acts as a Committee advisor. May be responsible for network strategic planning as relates to product assigned, analysis, development, and implementation of service arrangements and platforms. Directs product and service-specific analyses. Analyzes and interprets performance tracking data. Determines priorities for product introductions, repricing and product activity schedules. Develops short and long range capital and expense budgets. Ensures that the development and implementation of services meet market needs. Recommends projects for funding and advises management on justifications. Responsible for overall deployment strategies. Makes recommendations and develops business cases, budgets and financial analysis for new products/services or product/service enhancements with substantial increases in revenues and profitability potential. Manages product and service life cycles from ideation to exit. Ensures that each product or service meets or exceeds performance objectives for revenues, profitability and market share. Provides field sales support as required. Participates in customer presentations, meetings, seminars, forums. Provides sales with brochures, sales aids, data, product and training material. Responsible for meeting the product launch requirements and ensuring that rollout is complete. Schedules, coordinates, and directs interdepartmental resources in the development of various deliverables. Determines and makes recommendations regarding the use of a strategic alliance as a means of developing the product more quickly.Develops product family strategies.Recommends strategies on regulatory issues. Participates in industry standards, technology innovation, and market applications conferences. Location: DAYTON, OH
