Responsibilities:

 

New Business DevelopmentIdentify new prospects and new opportunities within existing clientsWork with agency staff to reply to invitations and RFPs for capabilities and opportunities for new business. In most case, lead the effort within the agency including strategic direction and overall direction of response.Work with Senior Management to extend agency offerings.Work with Senior Management to promote agency brand within marketplaceDevelop relationships with existing clients and potential longer-term prospects for future potential

 

StrategyReview all strategy behind interactive work; define strategies when needed including offlineDefine marketing tactics, metrics, and overall program designReview program progress and make recommendations for change

 

ManagementManage digital AM and Development leaders; ensure quality deliverables and customer service, maximize productivity and efficiency. Help evaluate staff development (with direct supervisors) and operational effectiveness

 

TechnologyPeriodically review and direct technical direction of agency including base infrastructure, development environment and tools, staff skillsets, partners and vendors. and technical offerings

 

Communications and PlanningAbility to create and present agency strategy and tactics to prospects and clients; strong presentation and overall presence that demonstrates credibility and knowledge in marketing, interactive, strategy, and brandingStrong written skills including development of presentations, proposals,  and client documentationAbility to functional as an Account Manager, when needed; client-centric approach to managing client business with strong understanding of project and agency profitability

 

 

Qualifications:

§ Bachelor's degree required

§ 5-7+ years experience working in the Interactive spaceDetail orientedHave a sense of urgency as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritizeOrganizational Planning: Must demonstrate the ability to organize and manage projects within an unstructured environmentInitiative: Candidate must be a self-starter who is not afraid to take initiative and argue a point of viewStrategic thinker and self-starterStrong management and communication skills
