Position Responsibilities:

-  Contribute to the overall branding effort of the company by assisting with the execution, timing and follow up of marketing and communications strategies and tracking of campaign results.

-  Researching target audiences, coordinating materials for events, developing promotional marketing materials and coordinating compatibility of marketing programs with public relations activities.

-  The creation of internal and external presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote.

-  Work closely with New Business to examine RFP's, draft & edit proposals, gather requirements, track due dates, maintain and utilize libraries of key language and track delivery.

Skills Required:

-  Candidate should demonstrate a clear understanding of marketing strategy as well as copy/design integration and the ability to organize information effectively for presentation purposes.

-  Advertising knowledge as well as excellent communication, creative writing; design; analytical and organizational skills required.

-  Instinctive problem solving and teamwork skills to reach solutions when issues arise.

-  Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Keynote a plus.

-  Ability to work in team oriented atmosphere to reach quality finished product.

-  Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline oriented situations.

-  Exhibits a “Can Do” Attitude with strong reasoning skills.

-  High standards for the quality and integrity of work.

-  Extremely process and quality oriented.

-  Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
