Market Leader opening in San Francisco. Manage and ensure successful operation of single field office. Responsible for expanding and developing revenue/business and maintaining profitability and successful operation of business; maintenance and growth of product line(s); ensure preservation of existing accounts and provides efficient and thorough service to clients; demonstrate ability to market new products and improve business relationships with existing and prospective clients using cross selling and other marketing techniques; staffing and growth of product line(s) and for developing product and processing enhancements within product line to improve quality and increase productivity; coordinate with human resources to ensure proper selection and staffing of office; demonstrate ability to attract high quality consultants into the company using own reputation, contacts, knowledge of discipline and marketing skills; provide Region Leader with group and account information including the identification of variances, trends, and known problems that could impact company; plan, coordinate, direct, supervise and review the employees in the field office; plan career growth and provide opportunities for employees; coordinate operations and support services provided to group including human resources, finance, administration, systems, marketing and research and reports on results.
