FGI currently has an opening for a Market Research Analyst to work in our Chapel Hill NC office.

 

Duties/ Responsibilities:Provide input into the design and execution of quantitative research projects, including customer satisfaction, segmentation and concept testing, that leads to clear and actionable business recommendations. Analyze data to elicit key insights about business situations, problems and opportunities. Lead the production of high quality reports that provide meaningful insight and action steps that can positively impact our clients’ business processes. Present your reports in person and over the telephone.  Lead a growing team of internal analysts and external outsource resources. Provide input to sales process and proposal preparation.

 

Qualifications:4+ years related experience. BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences or related field. Experience translating research findings into business recommendations. Ability to do heavy quantitative analysis including factor analysis, key drivers, weighting and regression. Familiarity with questionnaire writing, sample design, data tabulation and analytic techniques. Expertise in SPSS and/or SAS. Solid grasp of market research and consulting. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and independent decision-making skills. Excellent written, verbal, organization and presentation skills. Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Word.
