IMS is seeking a Marketing Account Executive. This position will be based out of the Atlanta, GA office, reporting to the Marketing Account Manager.
The Marketing Account Executive will be fully accountable for driving the flawless execution of Point-of-Sale projects across all areas of our Client partnership…Client service, creative development & execution, production, fulfillment & distribution and accounting.
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
• Deliver superior service across the client base and maintain a proactive approach across all contacts
• Maintain disciplined, documented internal and external project management processes
• Drive timely, disciplined accounting processes
• Build trust and respect across all contacts…clients and IMS
• Maintain an updated database (Job Management System) of all projects
• Retain all necessary client approvals: Production estimates, Quantity/ distribution approvals, Creative executions, Proofs
• Manage development and execution of Signing Checklists
• Send tracking information for all shipments
• Maintain frequent communication with FastPak regarding receiving, distributions, inventory, etc.
This position requires an entrepreneurial individual with strong account management skills across IMS functional areas…client management, creative, production, fulfillment & distribution, and accounting. 2-4 years of account management experience is optimal.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, a good listener and a problem solver. The individual must have strong communication skills, be a team player, handle stress well and be flexible. Experience in Word, Excel and AS400 or similar PC system required. An Associate Degree (or higher) preferred.
