Position Summary:

Zappos.com, an online leader in footwear and apparel, is looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant Manager who is self-motivated, entrepreneurial and has great attention to detail.  The position requires a minimum of 3 years direct working experience in pay-per-click campaign management.  This person would be responsible for the daily management of many of our comparison shopping engines.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

· Daily compilation and analysis of data from all engines

· Provide thought leadership for campaigns based on ROI and conversion goals

· Strategic bidding of categories and keywords

· Careful monitoring of data feed delivery and pickup

· Daily communication with account executives to improve performance

· Serve as a liaison with software engineers to create new tools and optimize product data feeds

Required Skills:

· At least 3 years of SEM experience preferably in CSEs

· Very strong organization, problem solving, and intrapersonal skills

· Proactive and able to develop rapport of positive working relationships with co-workers and account executives

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects

· Strong negotiation skills

· Attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
