Marketing - Call Center

Local marketing company expanding its marketing department to keep up with demand.  Improveit is looking for 8 professional, motivated and dependable telephone marketing agents to add to its thriving call center.  Appointment setting and cold calling experience a plus. 

Job Purpose:

Serves customers by determining appropriate product to sell to the customer.



Duties:

* Determines requirements by working with customers.



* Answers questions by clarifying customer needs; researching, locating, and scheduling appointments for our Designers.



* Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.



* Maintains call center database by entering information.



* Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.



* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.



* Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
