Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer

TOPP Portable Air, the nation’s leading rental provider of temporary and portable temperature control equipment has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Department. This position is based out of our National Headquarters in Aston, PA. TOPP operates 15 regional offices nationwide and is ranked as one of the TOP 100 rental equipment companies in the country. At TOPP we provide our customers with custom-tailored solutions for their temperature control problems, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR... 
We are  looking for a creative, solutions-minded person with eye-catching design skills to join our Marketing team. As our Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer you’ll team with the Marketing Manager on the creative development and design of internal and external marketing communications projects. Must be self motivated, extremely organized, detail oriented and possess exceptional writing skills


Essential Duties Include:
• You will create and design company literature, display advertising and mail pieces for distribution.

 • Work with internal and external resources to draft cross-channel materials and messaging, including brochures, advertising, promotional items, and e-mail campaigns.

 •Strong emphasis of development and execution of online marketing plans and programs, including website content, maintenance, usability, referral and affiliate marketing programs

• Coordinate and support marketing events such as trade shows and regional meetings, including promotion, management of booth properties and materials, and vendor relations.

• Responsible for the monthly creation of the company newsletter.

• Campaign tracking and report preparation in support of on-line and print marketing efforts

• Other duties as needed and designed

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising or Communications preferred.
• 1- 2 years experience in the pring/web design field - knowledge of layout and graphic design

• Portfolio presentation required
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to pay great attention to accuracy and detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple deadlines
• Proficiency in Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and software
