Vertive is seeking passionate, results-oriented individuals to develop pay-per-click (PPC) ad campaigns across multiple search engines. This position requires excellent analytical skills, marketing savvy, computer skills and knowledge of the Internet.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESKeyword Research Research keywords using WordTracker, Google, and internal proprietary tools Perform keyword research to identify opportunities in new industries Create keyword lists to drive qualified visitors to partner sitesPay Per Click (PPC) Advertising Campaign Development Separate keywords into categories based on unifying themes found in keyword research Set up tracking for campaigns to ensure proper analysis can be performed Write ad copy with a focus on selling products and services based on keywords and user search patternsCampaign Analysis and Management Upload ads as needed to search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, and more) Analyze and translate anecdotal and/or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising and expanding campaigns Update bid positions, ad copy, and landing page content based on campaign goals Monitor campaign sales and gross profit to ensure objectives are met Perform regular campaign reports outlining opportunities and challengesQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Communications, Economics, Mathematics or an MBA Candidates should have 1-2+ years of full-time work experience Internet marketing, search engine marketing, campaign management and/or pay-per-click advertising experience preferred Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet Knowledge and experience with HTML and Excel Macros strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment An eagerness to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
