Marketing Coordinator – Richmond, VA
Seeking applicants with 3+ years experience for a Marketing Coordinator position to support busy branch office in Richmond, VA.
This marketing position will support the branch office and coordinate and serve as a liaison with the Marketing Department based in McCormick Taylor’s main office in Philadelphia, PA.
Primary responsibilities include:
- coordinates proposal preparation/production/delivery
- develops/updates technical resumes, project descriptions, statements of qualifications, etc.
- monitors advertisements/RFP websites
- coordinates with Subconsultants
- attends tradeshows and seminars
Qualifications include:
- Position requires a responsible, professional and detail-oriented individual possessing strong editorial/grammatical skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office Word, Access, Excel and PPT. InDesign is a plus.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and have the willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.
- Professional work exp. required. Previous experience in a Professional Services or Marketing firm is helpful.
- Candidate should enjoy working in a team environment.
- Demonstrate a customer-service minded attitude.
- Proficiency in Word with 70 wpm is required.
