Location San Francisco, CA 94103Status Full Time, EmployeeJob Category Marketing/Product Job Description Marketing Director - Northwest Overview: Key strategic planning partner with Northwest Region for all Advertising and Marketing endeavors.You will be acting as Chief liaison and communication link between Sales Promotion organization and Northwest Organization.  Some of the major major areas of responsibilities are but not limited to:  Develops and implements monthly and seasonal Sales Promotion plans, Analyzes sales results, calendar and event timing issues, competitive factors and market strengths and weaknesses, Influences and facilitates the advertising content space allocations and market coverage within seasonal budget plans. Key Accountabilities:  Drives and coordinates the development of seasonal, monthly and weekly advertising plans for HomeCommunicates merchandising strategies to Sales Promotion organizationProvides strategic direction and input Monitors merchants adherence to Advertising financial budget Plans and attends CEO Strategy Meetings, Style Outs, ROP and Calendar Reviews with Senior Management Assists Northwest Organization to prepare for turn ins and other procedural Advertising protocols Skills Summary: Minimum 4 years of College required.  Five years of retail, advertising, ad agency and/or related experience. Retail Buying experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, analytical and planning skills needed.
