Primary Role:  The Marketing Director is responsible for project managing and synergizing all the marketing and communication efforts across multiple platforms. This position requires creative and strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and of course marketing and promotion expertise. The right candidate must be able to think through solutions and handle initiatives from concept to completion, be energetic, self-motivated, execute within tight timelines and work well in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. 

 

Success will be based on an ability to meet/exceed ROI expectations within specific projects and through creative and strategic thinking to implement new programs to advance the business beyond projections.

 

Standard measurements will focus on actual sales, profitability and growth percentage within the identified initiatives. In addition, maintaining and reporting specific metrics and suggesting campaign corrections in accordance to campaign results.

 

 

Responsibilities Include:

 Manage and drive multiple marketing campaignsPropose new marketing campaigns designed to grow the business. Create and design new revenue ideas and initiativesUtilize existing project management processes and reporting systemsQuantify marketing results and implement campaign adjustments to maximize ROIExercise a very high level of confidentiality among the existing team and client baseOngoing follow up and relationship building with marketing partnersPrimary location will be in corporate office but some travel may be required to work with and service clients.Meet or exceed sales revenue goals.

 

Job Requirements:

 Positive “can do” attitudeExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsBachelors Degree in business preferred 3-5 years proven track record of marketing experience and successExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExtensive experience with Power Point, Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookAbility to prioritize, multitask, manage complex workload and handle pressure under tight deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary teamFlexibility to work additional hours when neededDevelop new sales and marketing opportunities when applicable
