Navigator Staffing is currently recruiting for a marketing professional with a solid history of management experience in client services. The incumbent must have a strong knowledge of marketing and marketing principles, in addition to the ability to communicate positively both verbally and written. The experience candidate will manage client relationships, overall delivery of programs, develop strategies to accomplish client objectives, and identify/implement performance methods. Our client is an industry-leading business development company that specializes in sales lead management, and prides itself on being the most experienced within its industry; this organization is in search of the brightest and best marketing professionals in the metropolitan Atlanta area!

 

Responsibilities/Duties

 

· Build strong/professional relationships with client

· Successful program delivery, to include oversight, analysis/reporting, client communication, and identification of additional opportunities

· Identify/communicate issues internally, and with client

· Provide market analysis

· Keep teams current of market/program status

 

Qualifications for the Marketing Manager position include:

 

·  Bachelors Degree in Business related field preferred

·  Exceptional organizational/ time management skills

·  Ability to perform analytic database segmentation, response analysis and measurement

·  1 – 2 years experience in a sales/marketing environment

·  Highly proficient in MS Software administration (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

·  Strong analytical skills

·  Solid background in business operations

·  Ability to lead cross functional teams

·  Professional image and demeanor

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Prior management training/experience a plus
