Develop a process to scale this effort for upcoming roll outs. Develop prospective sales associate contest to have as an option if needed. Synch on a regular basis with cross group retail groups. Project management with agencies. Work closely with many marketing disciplines to conceive, define, gain management commitment for, and orchestrate the execution of, breakthrough marketing programs. Working with cross-group teams to determine requirements to effectively meet their needs. Develop original ideas, approaches and solutions to typical, unusual or difficult situations or problems.Requires/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 5-7 years work related experience in a marketing manager role preferred. Building consensus within and outside of the organization. Planning and results. Impressive verbal / written communication skills including ability to summarize key strategies in response to complex scenarios. Strong project management and problem solving skills required. Aability to work under constant deadline pressure with an optimistic disposition. Marketing experience with high-tech products preferred.
