Jones Lang LaSalle, the largest manager of third-party shopping malls in the country, has an immediate opportunity for a shopping center Marketing Manager that will oversee a regional shopping center located in Eagle Pass, TX.
Key responsibilities of the position include strategic planning, sponsorship, supporting leasing efforts, sales promotions & special events, advertising, public relations, customer service, community relations, interfacing with mall merchants, and financial management.Position qualifications include 1 – 3 years experience as a shopping center marketing manager or equivalent experience. Exceptional interpersonal and management skills required as this individual interfaces closely with the client, the entire management team and oversees the marketing function. Outstanding communication and presentation skills are essential.
