Marketing Operation Manager

Primary responsibility is to support the VP of Marketing by managing multiple projects that stem from the Marketing department but have dependencies from many other departments.  Manage task list, timelines, deliverables, quality control and analysis.   Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:  Analyze project goal and determine best course of action to achieve expected outcome. Develop project plans including task list, timelines, budgets Manage communication with individuals involved as well as provide updates on project status. Provide analysis as needed for ad hoc requests or as part of project status reports. Help develop spreadsheets, slide presentations, or other deliverables as assigned to showcase research, analysis and recommendations with high speed and quality. Other duties as assigned. Experience Required:· 3-5 years of project management experience.·  College degree with outstanding academic record.  Undergraduate majors in business, computer science, economics, engineering mathematics, marketing or statistics are likely to be a good fit. ·Self-starter; initiative; ability to work without direct supervision; detail oriented; good communicator; creative problem solver.Position Requirements :· Must be able to manage projects from start to finish.· Proven ability to work efficiently and with high speed and accuracy.· Complex problem resolution.· Excellent oral and written communication skills.· Excellent Excel, PowerPoint skills.  · Comfort extracting information from company information technology systems.· Ability to use project management software such as Daptiv, E-Project, Microsoft Project a plus· Flexibility and comfort working in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.· Relentless about hitting deadlines.
